Objectives
The MIASHS degree trains its students to understand, analyze and interpret complex social-economic problems. By definition, it is a multidisciplinary degree for students who want to acquire in three years a triple competence in mathematics, computer science and human and social sciences.
Emphasis is placed on scientific methodology in order to develop rigour, critical sense and know-how.
This training offers opportunities in many fields with the possibility of very attractive careers, particularly in sectors where economic and social engineering and data processing represent a core business: polling institutes, administration, health, services, social, transport, marketing, banking, insurance, risk management, actuarial sciences, etc.
Finally, since the reform of health studies, within this Bachelor's degree, you can follow a course with a minor health option: " the Bachelor's degree with Health Access Option (LAS) ", which allows you to apply for the health fields you are interested in and enter a second year of health or continue your Bachelor's course.

Organisation des enseignements
La Licence MIASHS est principalement structurée autour de trois blocs de connaissances et de compétence (BCC) organisé en trois niveaux correspondant aux trois années de la licence.

La mise en œuvre de méthodes et d'outils du champ disciplinaire. Ce Bloc regroupe pour l’essentiel les matières de mathématique et d’informatique qui sont au centre de cette formation.

L’analyse d'un questionnement en mobilisant des concepts disciplinaires. Pour le parcours ME, ce Bloc, comme son nom l’indique, propose un ensemble de matières du domaine de l’économie et des statistiques dont l’objet est d’y appliquer les connaissances en mathématique et en informatique.

Les techniques et outils. Ce Bloc regroupe un ensemble de matière complémentaires aux précédentes mais dont l’aspect pratique est plus marqué. Il inclut en particulier une formation en anglais tout au long des trois années ainsi que des matières d’ouverture.
Ces trois Bloc représentent respectivement 43%, 38% et 19% des 180 crédits de la licence MIASHS parcours ME. Il est à noter que l’acquisition des BCC de niveau n-1 seront un élément déterminant du passage à l’année n. Ce point sera précisé dans les Modalité de Contrôle des Connaissances et des Compétences (M3C) mis à jour chaque année et disponible sur le site internet de la Faculté.
Chaque BCC comporte un certain nombre d’Unités d’Enseignement. Chacune de ces matières est porteuse de crédit. Une fois acquis ces crédits pourront être capitalisés en vue de l’obtention des 180 crédits de la Licence. Pour le fonctionnement détaillé, l’étudiant devra, à nouveau, se référer aux M3C pour l’année en cours.
Il est à remarquer que le parcours MIASHS-ME propose également un parcours de soutien et un parcours intensif

Le parcours de soutien de la première année : Après un test de positionnement en Mathématique en début de la première année, nous proposons aux étudiants insuffisamment armés dans cette discipline, soit, de se réorienter vers la licence d’économie et de gestion dans laquelle l’exigence en mathématiques est moindre, de s’inscrire dans un module de soutien pour la première année dans lequel le volume de TD en Analyse et en Algèbre linéaire est augmenté de 50%

Le parcours intensif de la troisième année : Dans le cadre de la troisième année les étudiants qui le désirent pourront suivre en plus du cursus standard un ensemble de matières composant le parcours intensif de la licence. L’entrée est sélective et un dossier devra être déposé en fin de L2. Le parcours MIASHS ME propose deux parcours intensifs différents : Economie et science de la donnée et Informatique et management. Ces parcours intensifs sélectifs apportent à l’étudiant des compétences additionnelles qu’il pourra valoriser à travers le choix de son master.

Admission
Who can apply?
Anyone who has obtained his or her bachelor's degree. The mathematics specialty must be maintained in the final year of high school to ensure success in this bachelor's degree.

Practical information
The first year is a common year for all students of the MIASHS bachelor degree. It is structured around a common core forming a knowledge base. It allows students to discover various disciplines: in the first semester, all students follow an introductory course in Economics and an introductory course in Social Sciences, which allows them to choose an option in the second semester corresponding to the discovery of the courses, knowing that their real choice will only be made at the end of the first year, to orient themselves in the Mathematics and Social Sciences course or the Mathematics and Economics course.
International mobility can be envisaged from the 3rd year onwards, by preparing one's dossier in the 2nd year with the International Relations Department.
Finally, since the reform of health studies, within this Bachelor's degree, you can follow a course with a minor health option: "the Bachelor's degree with Health Access Option (LAS)", which allows you to apply for the health courses you are interested in and integrate a 2nd year of health or continue your Bachelor's degree course.
