  • Objectives

    The objective of the Supply Chain Management (MALO) course of the "Production Management, Logistics, Purchasing" Master's degree is to train high-level professionals capable of designing and organising strategies for managing the flow of raw materials, finished or semi-finished products, from procurement to shipment to customers, with the constant aim of optimising the cost-quality-delivery ratio.

    At the end of the training, graduates will know :

    • Ensure the operational management of flows (physical and information) within the supply chain;
    • Optimize the supply chain;
    • Define and manage performance objectives (value creation, costs, level of service...) in line with the company's strategic objectives;
    • Manage international supply chains
    • Initiate continuous improvement and/or reconfiguration initiatives.

    Any student who has validated a first year of Master (60ects).

    • Pre-requisites in logistics.
    • For students interested in training under a professionalization contract: have professional experience (in the framework of internships or employment) in the field of logistics or Supply Chain Management.

  • Practical information

    The MALO "Master's degree in Production Management, Logistics and Purchasing" is based at CRET-LOG (EA 881), a laboratory specialising in logistics with a triple vocation of academic and applied research, higher education and professional expertise. CRET-LOG develops research in logistics and supply chain management, distribution channel management and inter-organisational strategies. The majority of the laboratory's teacher-researchers are involved in the master's degree programme.

    In the second year, the internship is compulsory and lasts 6 months. It can be carried out in France or abroad. This training is available in :

    In the second year, the time spent on projects is in the order of 25% of the students' workload.

    The GPLA Master's degree is aimed at jobs in the field of operations management (purchasing-procurement, logistics, distribution, logistical support, etc.) and the management of organisations associated with flow management. It therefore leads to jobs and functions in "supply chain management", both for the core business activities of industrial, commercial or service companies, and for support activities. These professions concern all sectors of activity, in the field of private companies (GE and TPE) and public organisations.
