The study contract is a compulsory document specifying the courses you will take during your mobility year and their equivalence at the FEG. You must draw up a study contract for each wish (i.e. for each university for which you are applying).
Please note that these are the courses corresponding to the year in which you are leaving (and not the current year), and the validation must be done by the referent teacher of this same year of mobility (not the one of the current year).
To complete your contract:
- Consult the courses offered by the host university (semester, credits, language).
- Choose courses that are consistent with your training, totaling around 30 ECTS per semester.
- Fill in the contract you can download here: download
- For the ISEP program, you can download the university selection document here: download
- Have your selection validated by the teacher in charge of the mobility year (not the current year).
Sign the contract and have it signed by the referent teacher.
Please note:
- If you are applying for a destination outside the Erasmus+ program:
At the application stage, only the signatures of the student and the academic supervisor at amU are required.
Once selected by amU and accepted by the partner, the student will need to obtain the signature of the academic supervisor at the host university.
- For an Erasmus+ program destination:
At the application stage, only the signatures of the student and the academic supervisor at amU are required.
Once the student has been selected by amU and accepted by the partner university, he or she must draw up a study contract using the OLA (Online Learning Agreement) system on the Mobility Portal.
