Pre-entry program 2025/2026
Dear students, in order to give you the best possible welcome, we ask you to respect your invitation time to come to the pre-recruitment, which will take place on Monday September 8, 2025 in Marseille, for students enrolled in the FEG Marseille Colbert from 9am (student welcome from 8:30am). And on Monday September 8, 2025 in Aix, from 1:30 pm for students enrolled in the FEG Aix-Pauliane (students welcome from 1 pm).

You will come at 9am or 10am for students from Marseille and 1:30pm or 2:30pm or 3:30pm for students from Aix-en-Provence, according to the instructions given just before the start of the school year (by e-mail sent by the school to the amu mailbox).
1 - You don't need to register for classes at this time (you'll be informed by e-mail when you need to do so).
2 - You're expected at the pre-recruitment!
You can change division: students wishing to change division must submit a request to the Registrar's Office by September 6 at the latest:
- Authorized for all disabled students and AMU high-level athletes
- Authorized for other students, on condition that they swap with a student from the other division. The 2 students must report to the school together.
Your division lets you know which timetable to look for:
Go to "My timetable" on your ENT - At the top, go to "Student group", then FEG - Licence - L1 Aix or Marseille S1 portal - then select your division.
ATTENTION : timetables should be consulted regularly, as they are subject to change.
Do not select the TD groups below the division folder, as the TDs have not yet been assigned.
3 - PRE-RE-ENTRY TIME, it is imperative that you keep your school certificate close by in case of access control to university sites:
- Depending on your appointment, you may arrive at 9 or 10:15 a.m.: welcome by the Dean, Bruno Decreuse, the Vice-Dean, Frédéric Rychen Formation and the Director of Licences, Lobna Lannabi, and tour of the campus.
- Depending on your convocation, you may arrive at 2 or 3 pm: welcome by the Dean, Bruno Decreuse, the Vice-Dean, Frédéric Rychen Formation and the Director of Licences, Lobna Lannabi, followed by a tour of the campus.
Classes start immediately afterwards, depending on your schedule.
