🐾 What if we rethought our relationship with animals?
From September 15 to 18, 2026, the Interdisciplinary Festival of Science and the Arts returns for its 7th edition in Aix-en-Provence, Arles, Aubagne, and Marseille, centered on a question as simple as it is mind-boggling:
“Human/Animal. A Shared Adventure?”
How do we share the world with animals? Where do the boundaries lie between them and us? Spanning biological history, cultural imaginaries, and contemporary debates, the festival explores the alliances, conflicts, and vulnerabilities that shape our relationships with the living world.
🔬 Science, 🎭 the arts, and 🌿 field-based knowledge come together over four days open to everyone: lectures, screenings, performances, shows, workshops, concerts, exhibitions, debates, and discussions.
A back-to-school event organized by Aix-Marseille University and its partners, designed to bring different perspectives together, share knowledge, and reimagine our shared journey with animals.
