Bio : Fabrice Andréone is a graduate of Sciences-Po and holds a doctorate in law and political science. After 4 years as head of European affairs for a major French industrial group in Brussels, he passed a competitive examination to become an administrator at the European Commission, where he has worked ever since. In the course of his career, he has been assigned to the Directorate-General for Industry, the Directorate-General for Human Resources and, for the last 7 years, the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation, where he is responsible for policy advice. He teaches at the IEP in Toulouse and regularly publishes in academic journals.
