Banque de France conference: "Rencontres de la politique monétaire" (Monetary Policy Encounters)

The Faculty of Economics and Management (FEG) has been asked by the Banque de France to organize its "Rencontres de la politique monétaire" as part of the FEG's cycle of major conferences.

The event will take place on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 5:15 pm, on the Ferry Campus in Aix-en-Provence, Amphi A.

The theme of the conference is: "How will France and Europe beat inflation?

The main aim of these meetings is to offer you the unique opportunity to meet one of the key figures in French monetary policy, Marie-Laure Barut-Etherington, Deputy Chief Economist and Deputy General Manager at the Banque de France. You will have the opportunity to ask her questions about the role of the Banque de France and its monetary policy.

  • Presentation by Marie-Laure Barut-Etherington to introduce the discussion.
