Pre-entry program 23/24

Dear students, in order to welcome you as warmly as possible, we ask you to respect your invitation time to come to the pre-course, which will take place on September 1, 2023 in Aix and Marseille.

If you would like to prepare for the start of the new academic year and make the most of your integration into our school, please consult the "My first steps at the FEG" section.

  • Pre-entry L1 AES-Eco-Gestion-Gestion portal

    For students enrolled in the first year of the Portail AES - Economie Gestion - Gestion: your first day of classes will take place in Aix-en-Provence in the morning and in Marseille in the afternoon, on September 1, 2023.

    Morning: Aix-en-Provence campus Ferry (14 avenue Jules Ferry) welcome from 8:30am to 9am

    On-site stands: lecture hall exit, corporate relations office, student associations

    Continuous welcome until 1:30 p.m.

    9h : First presentation > (duration 1h)

    Welcome and introduction of dean / vice-dean

    + Beacon hunt game presentation: discover the campus

    10 a.m. Start of campus discovery tour: 1h30 (ends at 11:30 a.m.)

    10h : Second presentation > (duration 1h)

    Afternoon: Marseille campus Colbert (14 avenue Puvis de Chavannes, Marseille 1st) - welcome from 12:30 p.m.

    On-site stands: lecture hall exit, corporate relations office, student associations and city associations

    Set-up Welcome pot set up at 1pm

    1:15pm: First presentation > (duration 1h)

    Welcome and introduction of dean / vice-dean

    + Presentation of beacon hunt game: discover the campus

    2:15 p.m. Start of campus discovery tour: 1h30 (ends at 3:45 p.m.)

    14h15 : Second presentation > (duration 1h)

    Welcome and presentation by dean / vice-dean

    + Presentation of beacon hunt game: discover the campus

    3:15 p.m. Start of campus discovery tour: 1h30 (end: 4:45 p.m.)

  • Pre-entry L1 Double Licence Droit-Eco-Gestion

    If you are a student enrolled in the first year of a double Bachelor's degree program, your first day of classes takes place on September 1, at 10am, in Salle Fabre 5, 3 av. Robert Schuman, at the Faculty of Law and Political Science.

  • Pré-rentrée L1 MIASHS

    Les étudiants de licence 1 MIASHS seront accueillis dans l'amphi A-B, à 14h sur le campus Ferry (14 avenue Jules Ferry) à Aix-en-Provence.

  • Pré-rentrée L2 EG-G Marseille

  • Pre-entry Arles site

    The first day of classes on the Arles campus will take place on Monday September 4, 2023, for the entire AIC program, Espace Van Gogh.

  • Pre-entry Gap site

    The first day of classes on the Gap campus will be September 1, 2023, for the GTDM Master's program, at the Pôle universitaire de Gap.
