  • Objectives

    This course, labelled "HR Reference" since 2015, a quality label for university training in Human Resources Management, prepares students for careers as specialists and generalists in the human resources function, in public and private organisations. The M2 of the Talents course offers a specific curriculum for continuing education trainees in order to adapt to the characteristics of this public and a specific curriculum for students in initial training and on apprenticeship or professionalization contracts.

    At the end of the training, graduates will know :

    • Analyze the organization's strategy
    • Designing and negotiating the organization's human resources management policy
    • Putting in place forward-looking management of jobs and skills
    • Analyze training needs and develop a training plan
    • Define the recruitment procedure and the profiles of the candidates sought by the company
    • Designing and implementing an appraisal and compensation policy
    • Implementing a work organisation that promotes the development of skills and the improvement of working conditions for employees

    Who can apply?

    Students who have validated the FEG M1 HRM are admitted by right to one of the courses of the mention open to initial or continuing education according to their wishes and the capacity of reception.

    Access to Master 2: Hold a Master 1 or a diploma of equivalent level. For holders of a Bac+2 diploma or a licence (Bac+3), admission will be subject to a request for Validation of Professional Experience (VAP).

    How to apply?

    Apply at the time of admission on the dedicated platform.

    For continuing education, candidates are invited to submit their applications to the Continuing Education Department of the Faculty of Economics and Run-of-river Management, throughout the year, in order to request financial support for their training before the start of the courses.

  • Practical information

    In initial training: Compulsory internship of at least 5 months in M2. In continuing training: training is organised on the basis of a weekly sandwich course in a company. The internship is compulsory for jobseekers.

    The courses combine theoretical and practical teaching, with interventions by HR professionals. Teacher presentations, case studies and thematic presentations. Individual and group work. In Master 2: In initial training, the courses take place in Aix at the FEG 14 avenue Jules Ferry, from Monday to Wednesday from September to March. It is therefore possible to carry out an internship or an apprenticeship or professionalization contract from the beginning of the course.

    In continuing education, two possibilities of courses are offered either from Thursday to Saturday morning from September to January or on Tuesday and Saturday morning from January to July. In both cases, the trainees have a period in the company which takes place within the framework of an internship, a professionalization contract or a salaried activity. The courses take place in Marseille at the FEG (Colbert site).

The Research, Study and Consultancy in Organization, Work and Human Resources (OTRH) programme provides the research training courses (methodology, epistemology, organization theory) that are essential for a doctorate.
