  • Objectives

    The International Financing and Strategy track (formerly Banking and International Business - BAI) of the Master's degree in Management and International Trade trains specialists to implement financial strategies for national or international projects, to propose the best financing solutions and to manage the resulting financial risks. It prepares students to draw up international business plans for both bankers and managers. Students intending to pursue a career in banking will learn to assess future performance and risk, and to make trade-offs between performance and acceptable risk. Students destined for careers in the corporate world will learn to highlight the company's performance potential and to plan projects within constraints. This is achieved by developing an in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of finance, with specific application to financial risk measurement and management, business plan expertise, and international project financing. Case studies and group work enable students to confront situations they will encounter in the professional world.

    Who can apply?

    Students who have completed the first year of the Master's program (60 ects). As part of the M1 MCI and M2 MDCI courses are taught in English, a certificate of English language proficiency (TOIEC, TOEFL, etc.) is required, along with other documents to be attached to the online application.

  • Practical information

    The internship lasts 4 months in Master 1 and 5 to 6 months in Master 2. During the internship, students are required to apply all the knowledge they have acquired during their Master's degree by carrying out an international assignment for a company or bank.

    For the project, students work in groups for the company or bank that has submitted an international project to them.

    Teaching volume :

    Lectures: 480 hours

    Tutorials: 237 hours

    Internship: 20 weeks

    Research methodologies, research projects and the involvement of teacher-researchers play an important role in the BAI program's pedagogical approach. The academics involved in this program are recognized specialists in their fields, and hold positions of responsibility in scientific associations. They contribute to the quality of the teaching: rigor, curiosity, critical thinking.
