  • Objectives

The main objective of the Business and Market Economics course is to train professionals capable of mobilising economic and management tools to ensure the performance or effectiveness of activities and organisations (companies, communities, public action) in a variety of contexts.

This specialization, which gives an important place to project management in its various forms and whose marked professional orientation is reflected in numerous simulations in M1 as well as in M2, is broken down into 4 standard courses, each of which provides specialization in a particular field (Business Creation, Energy and Natural Resources, Risk and Quality Management, Evaluation of Public Action) and allows students to choose to express operational skills in a wide range of professions and sectors of activity.

Regardless of the course chosen, the graduate is able to analyse and evaluate the context in order to design, implement and manage a project in all its technical and operational dimensions, adapting to performance requirements and the regulatory framework in force.

The mention consists of an M1 totally mutualized between the four standard courses. The first semester, with a full common core, lays the foundations for the various disciplines over 15 credits, allowing students to continue their studies in all the standard courses of the specialization while also encouraging the acquisition of cross-disciplinary skills with 15 dedicated credits.

The second semester is made up of an important common core focusing on professional approaches and optional teaching units presenting in more detail the themes of the future standard courses, the student having to choose two of them among four.

Projects and internships lasting 4 to 6 months complete the second semester of the different model pathways.
