The Marseille campuses on which you will be working are those of the faculty or of the surrounding faculties of our university:

FEG campus Colbert - Puvis de Chavannes

FDSP (la faculté de droit et de sciences politiques) campus Canebière, 110-114 La Canebière 13001 Marseille (Amphi Jourdan)

  • Timetable

Your timetables are on your digital work environment: ENT (your new "Atrium" or "Pronote", as it were) as soon as you are registered administratively. Here's a tutorial to help you understand how it works at a glance: https: //amupod.univ-amu.fr/video/1924-mon-emploi-du-temps-ade/

As long as you're not registered, you won't have access to this data, which is only available on the intranet.

However, don't worry: during the back-to-school period, starting at the end of August (next week) and until everyone has registered, I'll be posting your timetables on the Internet: here!

Your timetables will also be posted in the corridors, near the reception desk, if you need to come to the campus in person.

    Timetable office

Ms Samatha Ribot, Ms Léane Aubenas (Aix-en-Provence) and Ms Audrey Chelly (Marseille) feg-edt@univ-amu.fr

If you encounter any difficulties, if you have trouble understanding certain displays, if you can't find your room, if your teacher is absent, contact or visit the timetable office!

  • BU

You have access to all of AMU's BUs. Go to the BU! The BU is actually called the Service Commun de la Documentation, and it's your very own library during your studies! These are cool places! You can read and work in reserved rooms where you can talk to your buddies without disturbing the others! For students at the FEG Colbert - Puvis de Chavannes, you'll need to "climb" to the Bernard Dubois block to access your BU, which is a 7-minute walk away! It's worth the detour!

You have access to almost all the newspapers online (with your reader account, on ENT) and you can also consult them on site, so don't limit yourself to titles! Read all the latest business news online, and all the national and international news for that matter!

You'll also have access to all the books your teachers talk about in class!

  • Bonus and Commitment

  • Student associations

Become a member of the association you like or create your own!

Discover all the faculty associations and if you can't find what you're looking for :

Create your own association, contact your FEG advisor and the university's Student Life Office!

We can't stress this enough: taking part in campus or faculty associations is good for you:

    • Socially speaking: you meet other students like you who have the same interests as you - you couldn't dream of anything better?
    • Professionally speaking: you're building up a way of relating to others that will carry you through life, and it's a sought-after skill! Don't hesitate to put it into practice! Not to mention that it's also called "developing your network", and if you take part in the dynamics of a network, it will give back to you when you need it!
    • Come on! We're in an economics and management faculty! So show us that you have knowledge and skills in this field, and start by managing an association, with a team, all together, before managing a company or larger organization!
    • This commitment to community life is rewarded with a bonus!

Benefit from financial support (FSDIE or CVEC) for your associative projects:

The Faculty of Economics and Management, the University of Aix-Marseille (FSDIE) and the CROUS (CVEC) provide you with the funds you need to develop the projects you want to carry out within your association, on campus:

    • FSDIE

This fund is financed by a portion of the tuition fees paid by students to the university. FSDIE funds are used both to support student projects and to provide social assistance to students in difficulty. Student projects must be supported by an application defining objectives, actions and evaluation procedures, and presenting a balanced budget. The procedure for submitting and managing applications is managed by the BVE. Projects selected by the committee are presented to the CEVU and then to the University Board, which makes the final decision on credit allocation. + info, calendar

    • CVEC

To enroll at the university, you have to pay the CVEC (Contribution à la Vie Etudiante et de Campus). The sums collected ultimately benefit students: they finance campus life projects run by a list of establishments fixed by law (Universities, a number of schools, Crous, etc.).

For each major Aix-Marseille University campus (Etoile, Luminy, Timone, Marseille-Centre, Aix-en-Provence), as well as for each delocalized site (Gap, Digne, Arles, Avignon, Salon de Provence, Aubagne, La Ciotat), a campus CVEC commission has been set up.

At FEG Campus Aix, the members of the CVEC commission are: the Dean, a teacher-researcher representative, Cécile GODÉ, and a BIATSS representative (Stanie Louarn).

Submit your call for CVECDOC projects

What opportunities does the CVEC offer FEG students and colleagues?

Students or staff, we can all propose actions of general interest in favor of student life, aimed at improving campus living conditions such as :

    • Health/prevention/disability
    • Social support
    • Sports
    • Art/culture
    • Student welcome and integration
    • Community life
    • Citizenship / Equality
    • Environment / sustainable development
    • Campus development

Examples of projects funded on the Aix Campus (2019-20) :

    - Culture: "mettez-vous en scène" Festival off the Aix campus

    - Social: financing of a student hostel at the Institut National Supérieur du Professorat et de l'Education (INSPE)

    - Eco-citizen: Participative bicycle repair workshop on the Schuman site.

  • Sport

Even if you're not looking to build muscle or perform, think sport, simply to feel good or discover activities you haven't yet dared to try.

If you'd like to do some sport at FEG, go to the SPORT SUAPS AMU website and choose an activity. Don't forget your medical certificate!

    Have a great sports year!

Practice an activity and get a sports bonus

As part of my studies, if I regularly take part in an activity, I can earn bonus points that will be added to my semester average: 0 - 0.2 - 0.35 - 0.5 points (depending on established criteria) in Licence 1,2,3 and Master 1.

I choose an activity, register via the SPORT SUAPS AMU website for the "bonus" slot I'm interested in and go to the first class.

    Practice a leisure activity

    • I can take part in a leisure activity for my own well-being or to discover a sport during all the years of my university course.
    • I must register via the SPORT SUAPS AMU website for the "packsport " slot I'm interested in and attend the first class.

Take part in a competitive activity at university with my component

I can take part in a competitive university activity with my FEG component (I'll need to take out an FFSU license at the sports office of my FEG component and provide a medical certificate stating that I'm fit to take part in competitive sports).

Thanks to this practice I can also obtain a sports bonus (according to established criteria).

Even if I'm already a member of a federal club, I can still take part in university competitions, which only take place on weekday evenings.)

    Packagesports plus

If I'm highly motivated, I can also take part in a number of other activities, but for a fee:

    • Bodybuilding
    • Cardio
    • Swimming
    • Riding
    • Sailing
    • Diving
    • Paragliding...

I pay my registration fee for these activities, via the SPORT SUAPS AMU website, and attend my first class.

    High-level athletes (SHN)

    • If I'm a top-level athlete, I may be able to obtain certain accommodations in my university course. To do this, I fill in a form which I download from the SPORT SUAPS AMU website.
    • This application must be returned in September of each year.
    • A commission of specialists will study my application and validate (or not) my status as a high-level athlete.

  • Corporate Relations

At FEG, we cultivate relationships with companies on several levels. One of the challenges is to get you to meet managers, to show you different sectors of activity by visiting companies, to give you an overview of the different professions to which our courses lead by taking part in professional conferences, and to get you to think about and build your own professional project.

The Corporate Relations Office offers a wide range ofactivities, enriched by the entrepreneurial initiatives of Pépite Provence and our long-standing partner Rotary, as well as those of the SUIO. Draw on them without counting the cost!

  • SUIO

The SUIO, the university job placement and guidance service, supports you in 2 ways: in terms of guidance and reorientation throughout your university career, and in terms of professional integration.

  • International relations

You won't be able to go on an exchange in your first year, nor in your second year, but in your third year: be prepared! Take the opportunity to get informed and prepare your application in advance of your year of departure, go to meetings, talk to exchange students... project yourself before you leave!

The principle of an exchange is that you continue your studies at another European or international faculty with whom we exchange students, who come to continue their studies at our faculty. All you pay is your AMU registration fee. You are supported and supervised by AMU and your host institution. "What-else?"

  • Preventive medicine - health

During your studies, don't neglect your health! We give you the means to do so by supporting you throughout your life as a student, with dedicated medical staff within the university but also outside, thanks to a network of general practitioners to guarantee local access to care, mutualist centers... everything you need to take care of yourself, which is a great and beautiful responsibility!
